At Net Zero Greenhouse, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and easy return policy.

Eligibility for Return
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a product was purchased on sale, any refunds will be issued at the sale price.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy
All Net Zero Greenhouse & Hoop House Kits:
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for returns or refunds on greenhouse kits. Upon purchasing your greenhouse kit, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. However, if any items in your kit are damaged or missing, we offer free replacements within 30 days of delivery or pick-up. Kindly refer to the information below for further details regarding our replacement policy.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
